Job Description
Manage and grow the company’s sales channels, driving business growth through partnerships, distributor networks, and resellers. Develop strategies, ensure targets are met, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Monitor channel performance, providing feedback and support to ensure sales targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, with some leadership exposure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.
- Customer-focused with a drive to meet targets.
- Age Criteria:21 to 37.
