Job Description
A Channel Sales Manager in the insurance sector is responsible for developing and managing sales through various distribution channels, such as agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, including agents, brokers, and bancassurance partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets through channel partners.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion through new partnerships or emerging sales channels.
- Conduct sales forecasting and set achievable revenue goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Mandatory
- 2+ years Experience in field sales and marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Preferd local candidate
