Job Description

Channel Sales Manager in the insurance sector is responsible for developing and managing sales through various distribution channels, such as agents.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, including agents, brokers, and bancassurance partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales and business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets through channel partners.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion through new partnerships or emerging sales channels.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and set achievable revenue goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree Mandatory
  • 2+ years Experience in field sales and marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Preferd local candidate
