Job Description

As a Team Leader, your main role is to recruit, train, and manage insurance agents to meet sales goals and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Find and hire skilled advisors in your area.
Educate agents about our products and the market; inspire them to perform their best.
Regularly check agents’ progress and provide helpful feedback.
Meet clients often to ensure they’re satisfied and address any concerns.
Apply plans to increase our market reach and attract new customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: At least 2 years in field sales.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and sales abilities.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and good at understanding the market.
Requirements: Own a bike with a valid license.
