Job Description

Channel Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving sales, managing a sales team, and ensuring business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate sales representatives to improve performance.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and handle escalations
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze trends.
  • Help onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and senior management to optimize sales efforts.

  • 3 – 6 years of sales experience
