✔ Identify, onboard, and develop insurance consultants.
✔ Expand and strengthen a high-performing advisor network.
✔ Boost revenue through strategic sales planning.
✔ Support and train advisors to enhance their effectiveness.
✔ Foster strong connections with agents, referral partners, and intermediaries.
✔ Track, analyze, and manage sales data for business growth.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
🔸 Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
🔸 Experience: 1-4 years in outdoor sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
🔸 Skills: Strong leadership, persuasion, and interpersonal communication.
🔸 Age: 21-38 years.
🔸 Must-Have: A personal two-wheeler for travel.
🔸 Note: Candidates with an operations background will NOT be considered.
