- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors.
- Consistently acquire and activate new agents/advisors.
- Train and mentor advisors to maximize their productivity and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.
- Manage and track sales records, ensuring strategic expansion.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required.
✔ Experience: 2-4 years in field sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
✔ Age: 21-38 years.
✔ Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler for fieldwork.
✔ Operations background candidates will NOT be considered.
