Position: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Panvel
CTC: ₹2 – ₹4 LPA + Incentives
🔸 Role Overview:
Responsible for developing and managing channel partners/distributors to drive sales growth in assigned territory.
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
Appoint, manage, and grow channel partners/distributors
Achieve sales targets through channel development
Train and support partners on product knowledge and sales strategies
Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback
Analyze market trends and suggest improvements
🔸 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
1–2 years of relevant experience in channel sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship management abilities
Familiarity with local market dynamics
