Job Summary:
A Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a network of channel partners (distributors, resellers, agents, or affiliates) to drive sales growth and market penetration. This role involves creating strategies to optimize channel performance, ensuring partner engagement, and supporting partners with the tools, training, and motivation needed to meet sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Develop strong partner engagement strategies and act as a main point of contact.
- Design and implement channel sales strategies aligned with overall sales goals.
- Set sales targets for partners and ensure their achievement.
- Provide partners with product knowledge, sales training, and marketing support.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, or in-person training sessions.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the channel network.
- Support partners in capturing new business segments and verticals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
