Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

                                           The Channel Sales Manager will oversee and promote sales within the life insurance agency channel. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring agency performance, and expanding the network of agents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective agency channel sales strategies.
• Identify, educate, and support insurance representatives.
• Monitor sales performance and execute growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare comprehensive sales reports.

Requirements : 

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
