Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our distribution network across designated territories. This role is focused on developing strong channel partnerships, optimizing dealer/distributor performance, and executing channel strategies to drive sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new channel partners including distributors, dealers, retailers, and resellers.
- Drive sales through the channel network by implementing promotional strategies, monitoring performance, and pushing for sales target achievement.
- Oversee channel operations in assigned geography and ensure optimal market coverage and penetration.
- Develop territory-level sales plans and forecasts in coordination with the regional and national sales teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, sales trends, and improvement strategies to leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
