Job Summary:
A successful Channel Sales Manager requires to build strong networks, drives productivity, and ensures alignment between channel goals and organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents, advisors, or channel partners to expand the insurance distribution network.
- Assess and select high-potential customers aligned with business goals.
- Train agents on insurance products, regulatory guidelines, sales techniques, and digital tools.
- Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with channel partners.
- Gather insights on customer needs, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product or strategy enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
