Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Manager to strengthen our presence through indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and maximizing the performance of channel partners to meet sales objectives and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Boost sales performance through partner collaboration and support.
- Identify and onboard new partners to widen the distribution network.
- Train partners on product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Resolve channel-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and report performance insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ Years in Sales
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
