Job Description

Job Summary:

The Channel Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding direct sales channels such as  agents, financial advisors, within the BFSI domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners within the BFSI space.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners including banks, NBFCs, agents, brokers, and other intermediaries.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance regularly.
  • Drive channel sales to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
