Job Summary:
We are seeking a result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to expand business through channel partners such as distributors, dealers, and agents. The role involves managing partner relationships, boosting sales performance, and ensuring smooth channel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the distribution network.
- Support partners with product training, marketing support, and performance guidance.
- Monitor channel sales targets and drive consistent growth.
- Launch and manage trade schemes and promotional initiatives.
- Resolve channel-related issues and ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze channel sales reports for insights and improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, logistics, and post-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ Years of experience in Sales
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
