Position Summary
We’re hiring an Agency Development Manager to lead sales expansion through advisor recruitment and performance management in Patna. This role offers a leadership opportunity in the life insurance industry with a focus on growing business through a strong field team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard skilled life insurance advisors
Conduct training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness
Support advisors in generating business and meeting targets
Drive consistent performance, policy renewals, and client satisfaction
Track advisor activity, engagement, and activation metrics

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Graduate with strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to build and manage a productive advisor network
Local candidates from Patna or nearby regions preferred
