Job Description   
Join our growing insurance team as Channel Sales Manager ! You’ll focus on building a network of insurance advisors and helping them sell effectively. This is a field-intensive job for those who enjoy people interaction and sales challenges.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Recruit and train new advisors in your assigned location
  • Train them on insurance products, sales pitch & compliance
  • Assist agents in closing sales and managing leads
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients and ensure after-sales service

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target-oriented and team management ability
