Job Description

Channel Sales Manager – Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage channel partner network to drive sales in the Ludhiana region.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through distributors, DSAs, and retail partners.
  • Identify new channel partners and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide training/support to improve productivity.
  • Execute market visits, competitor analysis, and ensure product visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead management, operations, and timely closures.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Financial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Ludhiana region.
