We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager in the agency vertical for India’s leading insurance company.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Handle a team of Sales Managers.
- Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency
- Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.
- Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Any Field Sales and Marketing department.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Track record of meeting sales targets.
