Job Role: Channel Sales Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Sales
CTC: 3.15 to 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Kanpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/relationship officers
- Drive sales of insurance/banking/financial products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Develop strong channel and customer relationships
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular field coaching and review meetings
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate ( preferred)
- 2-4years of BFSI sales experience (Agency/Channel/Direct)
- Strong team handling and target-achievement skills
- Local market knowledge of Ludhiana preferred
