We are hiring a motivated Channel Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing channel partners, driving sales through distribution networks, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners/distributors.
- Drive sales through assigned channel partners and ensure target achievement.
- Recruit, train, and support channel partners to improve productivity.
- Build strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing business support.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed (mandatory).

- Local market knowledge preferred.
