Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Channel Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing channel partners, driving sales through distribution networks, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners/distributors.
  • Drive sales through assigned channel partners and ensure target achievement.
  • Recruit, train, and support channel partners to improve productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing business support.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and update management on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or channel sales.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.
  • Local market knowledge preferred.
