We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager to manage agency partners, boost sales performance, and grow the distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage agency partner network
• Drive revenue through advisor channel
• Conduct joint sales meetings and field visits
• Train and motivate advisors regularly
• Monitor target achievement and performance
• Develop strategies to increase sales
• Maintain long-term business relationships
Required Candidate Profile
• Graduation required
• 2+ years in sales / BFSI preferred
• Strong leadership and sales skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork
• Target-driven
