Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents, ensuring they align with the company’s values and objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, focusing on product lines such as health, motor, and commercial insurance
- Provide comprehensive training to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
