Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and expand our partner network in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners to drive sales of financial products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partners.
- Onboard, train, and motivate channel partners on product knowledge, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor partner performance, track lead conversions, and ensure timely submissions and closures.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and execute territory/channel expansion plans.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of experience in channel sale
- Strong understanding of the financial products
- Excellent communication
- Prefer local candidate
