Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and expand our partner network in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners to drive sales of financial products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partners.
  • Onboard, train, and motivate channel partners on product knowledge, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor partner performance, track lead conversions, and ensure timely submissions and closures.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and execute territory/channel expansion plans.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in channel sale
  • Strong understanding of the financial products
  • Excellent communication
  • Prefer local candidate
