We are hiring an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our insurance sales through established distribution channels. The ideal candidate will manage channel partners such as agents, brokers, bancassurance partners, or corporate tie-ups and ensure the effective execution of sales strategies to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all channel partners.
- Launch and drive campaigns or incentives to boost partner productivity.
- Ensure that partners are updated with the latest product information and sales tools.
- Analyze sales trends, partner performance, and market feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
