Channel Sales Manager – Rajasthan
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years (Insurance / Banking / Channel Sales)
Location: Rajasthan (multiple locations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through channel partners / agency network in the assigned territory.
• Recruit, train, and manage channel partners / agents for insurance & financial products.
• Support partners with regular field visits and joint calls to generate business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners for long-term business.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate /  (any discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial services (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
