We are looking for an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales channel network in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through channel partners, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a strong market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage channel partners to achieve business objectives.
• Drive sales through the agency or channel network.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, agents, and partners.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in channel sales, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, or Financial Products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
• Self-driven with good market understanding and local networking.
