Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Location : Belgaum
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: 3.00 to 3.45 LPA incentive and bonus

We are looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow our partner network. The role involves developing new channel partners, managing existing ones, and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, dealers)
  • Set sales targets and ensure partner performance
  • Train and support channel partners on product knowledge and sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze channel sales data
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of sales strategies and partner management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as required
