Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Location : Belgaum
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: 3.00 to 3.45 LPA incentive and bonus
We are looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow our partner network. The role involves developing new channel partners, managing existing ones, and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, dealers)
- Set sales targets and ensure partner performance
- Train and support channel partners on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze channel sales data
- Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of sales strategies and partner management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required
