Job Description

The Channel Sales Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and growing business through channel partners, distributors, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, appoint, and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop territory-wise business plans and growth strategies.
  • Regularly track and report on sales performance, inventory, and partner feedback.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and address gaps or challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners
  • Territories simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented
