Job Description
The Channel Sales Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and growing business through channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop territory-wise business plans and growth strategies.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance, inventory, and partner feedback.
- Monitor channel partner performance and address gaps or challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of experience in channel sales
- Relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners
- Territories simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability
- Self-motivated, result-oriented
