Channel Sales Officer

Job Description

We are hiring a Channel Sales Officer to drive sales in the assigned area by meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through direct field activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking
• Promote company products/services to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Track performance and prepare reports

🔹 Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline
• 3 – 7 years of experience in BFSI /Sales & Marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation and convincing ability
• Field sales experience preferred
