Job Summary:
We are seeking a Channel Sales Officer to expand our agency presence and increase insurance sales. You will be responsible for agent hiring, training, and ensuring overall business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Appoint and activate new agents
– Maintain relationships with agents and clients
– Conduct joint field visits to support sales
– Monitor business and achieve assigned targets
– Educate agents on new products and incentives
– Submit daily sales and activity reports
Requirements:
– Graduate (mandatory)
– At least 2 years of experience in field or insurance sales
– Good area knowledge and network
– Target-driven with strong work ethic
