Job Description
As a City Sales Manager in the Direct Channel, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers to drive sales and achieve targets in your designated city.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales goals.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance and sales metrics, providing guidance and support as needed.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
