We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Manager to strengthen relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, and drive client retention and growth. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, addressing client needs, enhancing their experience, and aligning solutions to achieve mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
-Understand client goals and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
-Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with business services.
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive client growth.
-Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance and engagement.

Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
