About the Role:
The Client Engagement Support Lead will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction levels, and providing consistent support to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the BFSI sector.
- Provide proactive support to clients, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their expectations.
Requirements: - Experience: 1-2+ years in client servicing, sales, or customer support in BFSI.
- Skills: Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification: Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Age: 21-38 years.
Compensation: - ₹2.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
