Job Summary:
We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, address inquiries, and promote insurance solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves regular client interaction, cross-selling of products, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
• Provide prompt responses to client queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Achieve cross-sell and up-sell targets on insurance products.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and client engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in client servicing/sales/insurance (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred.
