The role of Client Relationship Executive sales in a Mancherial and ensures targets are achieved. Leads teams and drives business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales team.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies for the area.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities in the area.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve results.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any stream.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Mancherial.
