Job Description

Job Role:

Drive sales of life insurance products through the Banca channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales
Ensure excellent post-sales service and client satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in sales (BFSI or Insurance background preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
