Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Executive in Jodhpur to manage and nurture client relationships, provide excellent service, and support insurance sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients in Jodhpur
• Address client queries, policy updates, and renewal follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales, claims, and underwriting teams for smooth service
• Build trust and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years experience in client servicing or insurance customer relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Local knowledge of Jodhpur is an advantage
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
