We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our Pune team. In this role, you will manage and nurture client relationships to ensure excellent service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Address client queries and provide timely support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services

Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in client servicing or relationship management preferred
