Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our agency partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships, driving agency growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location : Barasat 

Salary : 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to agency partners.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Resolve agency partner issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Strong organizational and time management skills..
Life insurance license preferred.
