A Business Development Manager finds new opportunities, builds relationships with clients, and makes plans to help the business grow, sell more, and enter new markets.

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years

Roles & Responsibilities :

Look for new clients and markets to help the business grow.
Work out and finalize deals with clients and partners.
Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to support growth.
Make sure new clients have a smooth start and build lasting relationships.

Skills Required :

Good at talking and writing to build relationships and close deals.
Know how to use sales techniques to make sales and grow revenue.
Can understand market trends and customer needs to find new opportunities.
Able to spot problems and come up with smart solutions.
