Roles and responsibilities:
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Training business development staff
- Attending conferences and industry events
Skills Required:
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skill
- Clear verbal and written communication skills Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Candidate Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required in any sales and marketing
- Graduation is compulsory
- Age 21-38.
