Job Description

Principal Duties:

-Support the sales team in reaching and exceeding company goals.

– Hire, develop, and manage a successful sales force.

– Build strong relationships with customers by efficiently answering their questions.

– Assist new team members with their training and onboarding.

– Oversee sales activities to guarantee effective procedures and compliance with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications for Candidates:

– It is preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

– Experience: One year or more in marketing and sales.

Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 38.

Proficiency in interpersonal and communication abilities.
