Job Brief:
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager to manage insurance sales through bank partners. Work alongside bank staff to offer the right protection plans to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage sales of insurance products within assigned bank branches.
• Identify business opportunities from bank databases.
• Foster positive working relationships with bank teams.
• Conduct sessions to train and guide bank employees.
• Align customer needs with suitable policies and plans.
• Document and track leads, opportunities, and sales conversions.

Qualification and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing roles.
• Preferably a resident or local for over 3 years.
• Basic grasp of banking and insurance industry workflows.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
