Job Description

Develop and motivate your sales team, locate and manage local insurance advisers, and collaborate effectively with the central staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Producing Leads.

– Hire an advisor from the public market.

– Reaching or surpassing sales targets.

– Negotiating every contract with potential customers.

– Create and lead a group of agency partners to meet sales goals.

– Create and preserve solid connections with important agencies

– Provide agency partners assistance and training.

– Put initiatives into action to boost profitability and growth.

Required Candidate profile:

– Must have completed graduation.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

– Strong communication skills are essential.

– Preference will be given to local candidates.

– Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
