Role Summary:
We’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager to look after our customers and ensure they have a great experience. This role involves regular interaction with clients, helping them with their needs, solving issues, and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer issues and resolve them quickly
- Support upselling and cross-selling of products or services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Who Can Apply:
- Must be a graduate (any discipline)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary
- Prior experience in insurance or finance is a plus
