Client Relationship Manager
Location: Udaipur
Department: Client Services / Sales

Job Summary:
Manage client portfolios, build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through renewals and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction and feedback

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3–6 years’ experience in client relationship management or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of insurance or financial products is a plus
  • Customer-centric and target-oriented mindset
