A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The goal is to drive customer satisfaction, ensure product adoption, increase wallet share, and contribute to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Suggest portfolio rebalancing or diversification as needed.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
