Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10–12 employeesDevelop various sources of Leaders hiringBuild a team of Leaders
- To regularly meet with team
- Improving sales success
- Educating clients about the benefits of company’s products
- Managing relationships with customers
Required Candidate profile:
- Qualification: Graduation
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Banking sector experience is highly preferable
