To assist us in expanding our company, we are looking for a competent and experienced Sales manager. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between our marketing and sales departments.
Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business improvement
Qualification : Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing in the BFSI
Channel type : Agency Channel
Age limit : 25 to 38 years old
CTC : 3.00 to 4.00 + Bonus + Additional Benefit
