Role :

– Generating leads.

– Recruit adviser from open market

– Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

– Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

– Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiation

– Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies

– Provide training and support to agency partners

– Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability

Required Candidate Profile :

– Any Graduation complete

– Mini. 2 Years of Exp. in Sales & Marketing

– Strong Communications Skills

– Age : 22 to 38 years

– Local candidates are prefer

– Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

– CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + other benefits
